Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one Philippine business day.

fb774 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. 4.4 Currency

fb774 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors;

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of fb774.

Privacy & Data

fb774 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering with fb774, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Termination

fb774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Suspected use of prohibited software or exploitation of game vulnerabilities;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy;
• Any other circumstance in which fb774 reasonably determines that continued account access poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or regulatory compliance.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, fb774 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting fb774 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within two Philippine business days.

Responsible Gaming

fb774 operates in compliance with the regulatory requirements of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe that fb774 has failed to comply with applicable regulations may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
